About SURVICE Metrology

For more than two decades, SURVICE has provided a full range of 3-D measurement and modeling services to our customers in government and industry. We have acquired a comprehensive suite of state-of-the-art metrology equipment and have measured and built geometric representations for hundreds of military, commercial, and historical items. From the smallest bullet to the largest 747 jetliner, we have the capabilities and experience to work with small- to large-volume items, at various resolutions, and to use both contact and noncontact measurement methods.

In early 2007, a full-service SURVICE Metrology Center was built in Belcamp, MD. The establishment of this center, which is a separate operating group within the company, consolidates our various metrology capabilities under one organizational umbrella and better enables us to provide a wide range of dedicated metrology services. It also provides us with a controlled environment to perform detailed measurement and modeling activities.

In the summer of 2008, SURVICE acquired the service division of Accurex Measurement, Inc. The added metrology equipment suite and personnel allows SURVICE Metrology to continue to enhance and expand our support to our government and industry customers.

Then in 2010, SURVICE Metrology added another facility in Fort Walton Beach, FL, which provides rapid prototyping, precision dimensional measurements, reverse engineering, and other metrology services to our clients in the Gulf Coast region.
